Thresholds
Operational thresholds used by the dashboard.
Timers running longer than this appear in the "Forgotten Clock-Outs" panel.
How often the main dashboard auto-refreshes. Minimum 10 s.
Server-side in-process cache lifetime. Shorter = more live, more DB load.
Access Control
IPs in the allowlist are treated as "on-site" (HQ). PIN login uses this list once enabled.
One IP address per line. Changes take effect immediately.
Enables the operator PIN fast-path for on-site users. Blocked on Danny syncing Fulcrum PINs to the team table.
User Management
Individuals get full identity mapping — Google login, Fulcrum name, ADP name, and operation capabilities. Workspace groups grant access to everyone in a Google group email automatically.
